The product retains all the precious nutrients that make Maca Powder into the extraordinary superfood that it is. Gelatinized maca powder is made of dried roots that were boiled and pressurized. The resulting product is dehydrated and turned into a powder that can be added to drinks or other dishes. This process was introduced in the ’90s and it effectively removes starch from the root.

A refreshing morning elixir with maca infused coconut milk!
INSTRUCTION:
- Place the coffee powder, maca powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and water in metal Turkish coffee pot (Cezve).
- Using a small spoon, stir briefly until just combined and place the pot on the stovetop.
- Slowly bring coffee mixture to a boil over medium heat. This will take 3-4 minutes, so keep a close watch.
- Let it cool.
- Add in coffee vanilla extract, coconut milk, and ice.
