Instructions To start, mix Amla powder with hot water, into a yogurt-like consistency. Wet and slightly flowing but not too runny. Mash the avocado into the Amla mixture with a fork and mix up well. You may find it easier to mix them in a separate bowl and combine them once the avocado is well mashed. Lightly rub the mixture into your face. After 15 minutes, wash off your Amla-cado mask and feel your rejuvenated skin! |
